Raised on our Waternish croft and butchered by Lochalsh Butchers, our Icelandic Half Hogget boxes are now available for pre-order. Each box (approx. 9-10kgs) contains a balanced selection of prime cuts, joints, chops, and shanks from a single half hogget.
